The wooden ball (about the size of a golf ball) hangs from a string or chain attached to the top of a vertical wooden post rising from one corner of the table top. Just like the standard size version – this game consists of a plastic tube, a number of plastic rods called straws and a number of balls. The plastic tube stands upright on a base and the straws are passed through holes in the side of the tube to form a "web". The balls are then placed in the top of the tube and held in place by the web. Players take turns removing a single straw from the cylinder while trying to minimize the number of balls that fall through the tube. The player who accumulates the least number of dropped balls wins.
